IHSAYA is an Islamic companion application designed to provide features including Quran content, translations, prayer-related information, Qibla direction, reminders, bookmarks, daily guidance, multilingual content and related educational features.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the IHSAYA mobile application, website and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing or using IHSAYA, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of IHSAYA.
IHSAYA provides Islamic educational and informational content intended to support everyday learning and practice.
Information provided through IHSAYA should not be interpreted as replacing qualified religious scholarship, local religious authorities or professional advice where such guidance is appropriate.
Users are encouraged to verify matters of significant religious importance with trusted and qualified sources.
Prayer times displayed by IHSAYA may be calculated using your location, selected calculation method, device settings and other technical information.

Accuracy may be affected by magnetic interference, device sensor calibration, location accuracy, nearby electronic equipment or environmental conditions.
Users should recalibrate their device or independently verify the Qibla direction when necessary.
IHSAYA may provide Quran text, translations and related content obtained from third-party Quran content providers and APIs.
We make reasonable efforts to use reliable sources. However, translations represent interpretations of meaning and may differ between translators and publishers.
Users should consult trusted Quran publications, scholars or qualified sources when resolving questions regarding translation or interpretation.
IHSAYA may provide notifications for prayer reminders, Quran reminders, daily guidance and other selected features.
Notification delivery depends on your device, Android system settings, battery optimization, permissions, background restrictions and other factors outside the direct control of IHSAYA.
We therefore cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered at an exact time.
Some IHSAYA content may be stored locally on your device to improve performance and provide supported offline functionality.
Cached information may become outdated until the application is able to reconnect to the relevant online service and refresh the information.
IHSAYA may rely on external services and APIs, including services used for Quran content, translations, analytics and other application functionality.
These third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limitations and technical requirements.
IHSAYA is not responsible for interruptions, modifications, inaccuracies or failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
IHSAYA may in the future display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.
If advertising is introduced or materially changed, applicable privacy disclosures and application information will be updated where required.
Advertisements displayed through third-party advertising providers may be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.

The IHSAYA name, branding, application design, original software, user interface, graphics and original materials created for IHSAYA are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Quran text, translations and other content obtained from external sources remain subject to the rights, licenses and terms applicable to their respective sources.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership over the Quran itself or over third-party materials that are not owned by IHSAYA.
We aim to keep IHSAYA reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, software updates, device compatibility, internet connectivity, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This includes circumstances involving missed notifications, temporary service interruptions, inaccurate device sensor information, third-party service failures or differences between calculated and locally observed prayer timings.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
