Understanding Al-A'la

Al-A'la calls for glorifying the Most High, points to creation, measurement and guidance, promises that revelation will be preserved in the Prophet's recitation, and contrasts lasting success through purification and remembrance with preference for temporary worldly life. This page intentionally separates the translated Quran text from IHSAYA's short educational summary.

Creation comes with measure and guidance

The Surah links making, proportioning and guiding as parts of one divine act.

Remember and pray

Success is connected with purification, remembrance of Allah and prayer.

The Hereafter is better and more lasting

Temporary preference is contrasted with what lasts longer and carries greater value.
