Try the following:

• Make sure location permission is enabled.
• Enable device location services.
• Move away from magnets, speakers or large metal objects.
• Recalibrate your phone compass if your device supports it.
• Try using IHSAYA in an open area.

IHSAYA keeps the interface language and Quran translation preference separate so that you can use the app in one language while reading a Quran translation in another.

Content that has not previously been downloaded or cached may require an internet connection.

Once supported content has been cached, some features may continue to work offline.

Check your internet connection and reopen IHSAYA.

If the problem continues, close and reopen the application. As a last resort, clearing application data may reset cached content and preferences.
